A perfect example of a rediculous waste of time for our legal system. If I were the judge I’d find exactly the way I would have over the McDonalds hot coffee incident of years ago. The lady suing would get the cost of the cup of tea and a band aid. It’s a hot drink idiot! Treat it as such! Leave our courts out of the picture, PLEASE!
